CAN I PICK UP MY PURCHASE TODAY?
If you allow me to meet you at an agreeable location, I'll be happy to have your artwork ready within 24 hours. I currently have a day job, so I thank you for your understanding.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
When you purchase ArtByMelvinDNix, you inspect it to ensure the piece is what you wanted and the quality you expected especially if I deliver it to you or it was purchased on the spot. If artwork is shipped to you and it was not what you were expecting, the buyer will receive a partial refund, minus a fee to cover return costs, after it is received on my end. There may be an opportunity to exchange the artwork for another piece of equal or greater value. Note: An extended version of this policy will be provided in email form when purchasing directly from the website. If purchased on the spot or delivered to you, the return policy will be referenced and/or provided within the artwork packaging or placed on the back of the frame or canvas. Return Policy Considerations: Condition-artwork is unused and in same condition as received; Packaging-returned in original packaging; Time frame after receipt-24 hours (In-Person), 5 days (Nat'l), or 12 days (Int'l); Shipping-buyer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance when required, and Proof of Purchase-buyer must provide a receipt.
DO YOU SHIP NATIONALLY OR INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. I can ship your purchased artwork nationally or internationally. Shipping fees will be determined based on the address and a tracking number, when applicable, will be provided. These arrangements will be decided via email.
HOW DO YOU PACKAGE YOUR ARTWORK FOR SHIPPING?
Each ArtByMelvinDNix original canvas or paper and framed paintings are prewrapped with either bubble or paper and the corners are covered with cardboard or foam corner guards. Next, each piece is placed in an appropriately sized box with protective box fillings. Prints are placed in a properly sized envelope, a plastic sleeve, or a cardboard envelope before shipping. All packaged artwork is taken to USPS or the UPS Store for shipping. Other arrangements can be made especially if shipping internationally, i.e. canvas only tube packaging.
